Let’s face it…you don’t only watch The Super Bowl for the football. The commercials have become a cultural phenomenon of their own alongside the game itself, as many viewers only watch the game to see the spots. And, in an annual tradition on CBS, interactive special Super Bowl Greatest Commercials, subtitled Funniest of All Time this year, offers a potpourri of some of the all-time iconic spots. It airs Wednesday, February 5 at 9 p.m. ET.
Remember the E*TRADE Babies, the CareerBuilder monkeys, Budweiser’s Lamb Streaker, or Mountain Dew’s PuppyMonkeyBaby?
Now in its 24th year and always a highly rated attraction on CBS, Super Bowl Greatest Commercials: Funniest of All Time, hosted by Nate Burleson from CBS Mornings and actress Daniela Ruah, is telecast from Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, the site of Super Bowl LIX. Also featured is Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier, who returns sideline contributor to provide behind-the-scenes looks and sneak peeks of 2025 super spots, including a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Budweiser Whassup campaign.
